A+ Some Assembly Required started in 1989 when Dave Thompson took his years of selling pool tables and his love for the game and built a company around doing the work the right way. Along the way, he had real help getting it off the ground, with special thanks to Dave Maidment of World of Leisure Pool Tables, Dave Cothran of Evolution Billiard Service, Jimmy Daniels, the late Sherm Adamson, and the late Rick Upton.

Over the years, that same focus on craftsmanship turned into a trusted local billiards supply shop and service team known for precision, care, and tables that play the way they should. Dave’s work has shown up at pool tournaments, trade shows, and exhibitions with brands like Brunswick, Olhausen, Kasson, and World of Leisure, and the team has installed tables for pros including Jeanette Lee, Ewa Mataya, and John Brumback, plus local football, baseball, and TV personalities.
